Frequently Asked Questions

Jerseys

-Each player will receive a jersey and a pair of socks for their team. 

Player Equipment

- Shin guards and closed toed shoes are required for all games and practices. Cleats with a spike at the tip of the toe such as baseball cleats are strictly prohibited from the field of play.

Practices

- Practice days and times are based on coach preference and will be determined after players are placed on a team.

Field Closures

- Field closures are decided by the parks and rec department and will make their decision public at 3:00pm on week days and by 8 am on weekends. Rain out line (931) 456-4525.

Playmetrics

- All teams will use Playmetrics for team communications, practice schedules, and game schedules. Be sure to download the app to stay up to date with your team!

Age divisons

- Age divisions are based on birth days starting Aug. 1st-July 31st.

- Following state guidelines, we do not allow anyone to play down an age group.  Players may play up (1) age group at the discretion of the CRYSA Board of Directors.

Refund Policy

- Refunds will be judged by the board on a case to case basis prior to jersey order and absolutely no refunds after jerseys have been ordered. 

Rain outs

- Rain outs are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
