Requirements

Head Coach

At least 18 years of age
Must pass a background check
Must sign Sudden Cardiac Arrest Acknowledgement Form
Must have a current Safe Sport certificate
- Safe Sport certificate can be completed here.
Must have a current Heads Up Concussion certificate
- Heads Up Concussion certificate can be completed here.
PREFERRED current US Soccer licensure
- US Soccer Grassroots License

Assistant Coach

At least 18 years of age
Must pass a background check
Must sign Sudden Cardiac Arrest Acknowledgement Form
Must have a current Safe Sport certificate
- Safe Sport certificate can be completed here.
Must have a current Heads Up Concussion certificate
- Heads Up Concussion certificate can be completed here.
PREFERRED current US Soccer licensure
- US Soccer Grassroots License

Team Parent

At least 18 years of age
Must pass a background check

Junior Assistant Coach

At least 13 years of age
Must have a coach, assistant coach, or team present at all times

Coach Binder

CRYSA Coach's Information Binder

hard copy provided to all coaches and assistant coaches no later than the first coach's meeting of the season
when requesting access for the first time, include your name and which teams you are coaching in the notes
